Reimbursement

Please use this Coach Reimbursement Form to be reimbursed for any Hockey Canada or Hockey Alberta required clinics and/or courses that you have completed and paid for to be able to coach for AMHA.

Once complete, please email the form and copies of receipts to: coachreceipts@airdriehockey.com

We will only accept and process reimbursements until January 15th of the season where the expense occurred, so please email your form and receipts prior to this date.

Please allow a couple of weeks to have your reimbursement processed. Please ensure you have your email on the form as we will be doing E-transfers to reimburse you.
