Organizational Structure Review Committee
Hello AMHA Families!
After months of research, collaboration, drafts, reviews and finalization with the Executive
Board, the Organization Structure Review Committee is pleased to share our final report with
you all.
As communicated previously, the purpose of this initiative is to support AMHA’s ongoing
evolution in a manner that aligns with our values, addresses the needs of our community, and
enhances our ability to deliver high-quality programming.
We have developed two (2) proposed organizational structures for consideration, which will be
subject to a member vote at an upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM). The date for this
meeting is to be determined, as updates to the Bylaws are required to accommodate these
changes and are currently under review.
